## Privacy and release verification

- Salam describes its messaging layer with Double Ratchet and X3DH key agreement.
- The current Android release endpoint derives the displayed version, date, file size, and SHA-256 from the APK being distributed.
- Do not infer claims about logging, third-party telemetry, audits, feature availability, or platform support beyond the public product site and release manifest.
